Service Description
The one guaranteed service everyone needs on a regular basis is an oil change. We are here to help. We understand that it is a priority to take care or regular maintenance, but there is not always time. We can accommodate your vehicle to get in and out with our appointment program. Let us know the day before you plan to bring a vehicle in and we will accommodate you!
Cancellation Policy
- Securing Your Appointment: Appointments are only confirmed once a deposit for the full cost of parts (including tax) has been paid. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis. - Cancellations: To cancel, please notify us by 3:00 PM on the day before your scheduled service. - Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment at any time; however, please note that priority placement cannot be guaranteed for new dates. - Refunds on Parts: If you cancel your service entirely and require a refund for parts already ordered: 1. We must first receive the refund from our supplier and confirm it has posted to our account. 2. All returned parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
